Versatile American artist Matthew Day Jackson will himself attend the opening of his show In Search of… at 8 p.m. on Saturday 4 February 2012. The opening at the GEM marks the grand finale of his first major European solo exhibition tour and will be accompanied by DJ collective Tabass-co playing funky dance tunes expressing their view of the musical American dream. Join in for an all-American night out and hit the dance floor!

 This is also a chance to see the Museum of Photography’s exhibition of winning and short-listed entries for the Silver Camera award 2011.
